A GARDEN OF ARTFUL RE-USE

Alameda, CA | A little bit of everything was brought together to create this eclectic garden that will age to a lush, private paradise. From an unusual mixed media patio to an arbor of reclaimed wood, a freestanding terra cotta seat wall to a pressed tin dining table, this garden's design expresses the homeowners' playful and artistic spirit.

The San Francisco Bay Area's mediterranean climate allows for an eclectic planting palette as well. Site-suitable plants with striking color and structural interest were brought together to emphasize contrast, and a generous wall of green will define the perimeter as attractive and effective screening plants grow to provide privacy and fully enclose this very special garden.
